Welcome to John Carlos LLC, where airline crew find comfort, community, and a true home-away-from-home in both DFW and IAH.
We created our crashpads because we know crew life is demanding: reserve days, early mornings, red-eyes, long commutes, unpredictable schedules.
You deserve a place where you can relax, reset, and feel completely safe and supported. That’s what our homes are built for.
Our story
What started as a small idea: creating a calm, clean space for a few flight attendants has grown into a network of crew-only homes with residents from AA, UA, DL, WN, F9, NK and more.
From the beginning, our goal has been simple:
give crew a space that feels good to come back to.
Crew Supporting Crew
Everyone here is on the same schedule: sleeping during the day, leaving early, arriving late, commuting in and out. Our homes are built around respect, rest, and understanding. You’ll meet other flight attendants and pilots who support each other and share the same lifestyle.
