This house is designed specifically for aviation professionals who need a convenient, restful place to stay. With only private rooms, the property ensures a quiet and comfortable environment, perfect for recharging after a long day of flying. Two of the rooms have their own bathrooms, while the other rooms sharing a clean, well-maintained bathroom.

The house is spacious meaning you won’t feel cramped, and there’s usually only a few people in the house at any given time. This makes for a more peaceful and serene atmosphere, ideal for those with irregular schedules.

Our private room comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, complete with sheets, pillow, blanket, mattress protector, and pillow protector for added comfort. We even provide a towel if you need one.

The room features a 40-inch  to 55-inch smart TV and an Alexa for your voice-command needs. The room has two windows with blackout blinds and curtains, ensuring you can get a restful sleep no matter the time of day or night.

 While your room offers complete privacy, our communal spaces allow for interaction and relaxation with fellow residents. You’ll have access to:

• Large Living Room with a 70” Smart TV—perfect for unwinding.
• Fast Wi-Fi throughout the property, so you can work or stay connected with ease.
• Dining Table with seating for 8, plus 3 sofas and 2 armchairs for additional seating space.

Our fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker and water filter, as well as a second fridge/freezer for extra space. You’ll also have your own designated dry food storage space to keep your essentials organized.

We offer free use of a  washer and dryer—just bring your own detergent to keep your clothes fresh and clean.

The property is located just 14 miles from DFW Airport, making it ideal for aviation professionals. While public transport options are limited, you can Uber local rail starting at just $7 and then take a $2.50 train ride.
